i bought Photoshop 7 for about $200. Let me give you a link to Amazon that has a list of new Photoshop 7s for sale (the prices vary). Usually there are at least one or two for sale for somewhere around $200 dollars, sometimes less. Be careful who you buy it from though. I was worried about it after I purchased mine. It got here yesterday, but it took two weeks.

So you're going to try a major with graphics desing of something like that, don't you? maybe something computer related can also help to make anime, is just a matter of application.

But to make things clear, I'm not an artist and I don't make wallpapers. I only provide scans of anime characters as a basic material for other people to make wallpapers with them. What I do is scanning, searching for scans, cleaning and uploading them.
If you still feel like adding me, feel free to do so.
